“Latest Update: The IP Access on call engineer was
able to gain access to the Juniper switch and advised that all vlans were
missing. The field engineer rebooted the switch; NOC engineers were then able
to log onto the switch. A series of ping tests were completed which showed no
degradation of service. Further testing is currently taking place.”
It appears to have been stable since 6am. We will update
you when we have further updates.

Below is an MSO Fault incident from 26/8 which they advised was fixed yesterday at 18:35, However this is not the case.
We have talked to TalkTalk / AOL on customers behalf and after many calls, we have been promised a complete reset of the LLU eqipment in the exchange, this conbinded with the fix yesterday should help based on the nature of peoples issues.
If this does not resolve the issue, we will again push for a resolution of this issue.
