These trading terms do not affect your rights as stated in the Sale of goods act 1979 & the Sale and supply of goods act 1994.

Prices
PC Supplies, has taken every possible step to make sure the prices stated on our web sire (www.pcsuppliesuk.co.uk) are correct and up to date, however because the computer industry is a fast moving place, this is not always possible because where all human, our sales dept will contact if there is any problem with the prices on your order.

Prices stated on our website are visible in most cases both exclusive and inclusive of vat (Please check the appropriate column!)

Delivery
Most products listed are available from stock, however some items are either waiting for more stock to arrive, or in the case of some products they are offered for sale not stocked by PC Supplies, the item will be ordered for you and shipped as soon as possible. Because we have good relationships with our suppliers we can usually get hold of most items very quickly. If the item(s) you have ordered are in stock they will be despatched using Royal Mail Registered of recorded delivery or in the case of bigger items sent via Amtrak Express.

Your Order
PC Supplies for whatever reason reserves the right not to supply any order placed and therefore cancel any contact between PC Supplies and the customer.

It is your responsibility to make sure the item(s) you are ordering are 100% compatible with your equipment before ordering, goods ordered incorrectly cannot be returned for credit or replacement.

Goods ordered on trial basis
PC Supplies does not sell any goods or services on a trial basis.

Returns
PC Supplies will repair or replace any faulty item within the manufacturers warranty period. However some products sold for example monitors & printers are covered by a manufacturers on-site warranty – please contact the manufacturer in this case. Customers are advised to obtain proof of posting and are responsible for the cost of returning any item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment
Where payment is by credit card, the transaction will be processed the day or day before the goods are ready for despatch and not when the order is placed, all Credit Cards are subject to a 3% surcharge (no charge for Debit cards i.e. Switch or Delta Cards). Customers sending cheques for goods or services will be subject to 14 days Clearance unless presented in person in our store.
